Include the calculator URL, fictional sample inputs, the result shown, and the result you expected. If the form does not respond, include your browser and device type. Avoid sending confidential financial data or customer information.

Suggest a guide

Tell us the decision you are trying to make and what is missing from the current explanation. A concrete question, such as how an annual prepayment affects MRR and cash runway, is useful when deciding what to cover next.
