Educational information
Our guides, playbook, definitions, calculations, and tool outputs are educational information based partly on 4NLab's experience and on sources identified where applicable. They are starting points for understanding SaaS metrics, not advice tailored to your business. They are not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Fundraising and valuation
Some content discusses metrics used in fundraising, and some calculators use valuation figures. We do not provide fundraising, investment, financing, or valuation advice; assess whether a company is investable; verify investor materials; or predict funding outcomes. A calculation using a valuation you enter is not an independent valuation of your company. The Checker and Advisor use automated interpretation, which may misunderstand your text or produce an incorrect or incomplete result. SaaS metric definitions also vary by context. Review the stated assumptions and use your own judgment before acting on any output.
